Since buying my car new at Parker Chevrolet back in June of 2015, I've had only positive experiences when bringing it back for scheduled maintenance. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone.
It was the third hub assembly to go in 3 months, I stopped in and they brought me in immediately and fixed the problem. 3 out of 4 hubs went at 46000 miles there must be a manufacturing defect. When will the next one go?
Well due to a part not readily available my car had to sit for a very long time. But with Jenny an Tim's help I was put into 3 different cars while we waited for mine for just under 8 weeks I believe. But everyone was understanding kept me informed.
Fantastic service. However did here that a sales person was let go simply for looking for a better job. This seems very unprofessional and completely selfish on the part of management. Because of this I probably won't be purchasing another vehicle here nor will I be recommending your dealership.
