I live 45 minutes away from the dealership. My gas tank tube flap was broken. I called to get the part for it. I figured while it was up there for that, i would have all the service done on it i needed to. My brother goes to Champlain once a week and was able to bring it up. When he brought my vehicle back to me, he informed me that the main reason my vehicle was up there for, did not get fixed because the part had not come in yet. My vehicle had to go up there again a few months later to have that part installed. Had the service department had the common decency to call and inform me that the part was not in, i would not have wasted the mileage on my leased vehicle to go up there twice. I would have rescheduled my service to only go up once. Your sales department (Dan Puchalski) and everyone else involved in the buying process is phenomenal. Your service department (the people at the desk making the phone calls and appointments, not the mechanics) need some work.

Vehicle was in for inspection and recalls Person who did inspection and put on new inspection sticker did NOT take off all the old sticker leaving a mess from old sticker. One of the recalls was a fix for tonneau cover. Why would you use Orange colored straps instead of black to fix
The tonneau cover recall , the orange straps is what GM gives us to fix the recall. However, the inspection sticker we are sorry that it wasn't done the right way and if you want to bring it back we can fix and take the old one off.
