WE have been clients of Parker's for many years, having purchased many cars (10+) from the dealership. This experience was similar to all the other excellent experiences we have had. We met with Tom Loreman and discussed the multiple options we had at lease end. Tom worked with Tim Parker as we reviewed and test drove several options (This took several hours). Finally Tom suggested trying a truck (a thought we had pretty much dismissed), The inventory provided an excellent choice with a Silverado Trail Boss. Tom had the same vehicle and really loved it. When Tom pulled up with the truck, we knew that was what we were going home with. Tom showed us all the working of the truck and worked a great deal with Tim. We took our new vehicle home that day. Overall an excellent visit, especially working with Tom!!!!

The vehicle went in on time and was done fast and I have no complaints. I have bought many cars from this dealership and have always been treated well. I go there for service not because they are close to my home. but because I like chatting with the sales people and looking at the new cars. No employees were wearing masks. We���re in the midst of an effing PANDEMIC. I will not be returning, my health and safety and that of my family are my number one priority. I was there for an oil change, no problem there. And I reported that my rear wiper did not always function, so the initial ���repair��� was reported to me that the mechanic ���wiggled it around and now it���s working.��� Ummm what?! Since my vehicle is under warranty, I responded that their ���repair��� was not acceptable, so they replaced the motor, which was great. However, in the process they broke off clips in the rear hatch so now every time I open or close the rear hatch I hear the broken plastic clinking and clanking around. Seriously. What the heck.
Friendly service, very safe and clean. While I waited for my car I saw them cleaning everything wiping down chairs, door handles, clear clean pen cup with an empty dirty pen cup. Clear instructions were given on take a clean pen and deposit it in the "dirty cup" when finished signing.
