Danielle, the leasing consultant, was unbelievably helpful. I have a hearing Ioss. She patiently explained everything clearly and carefully. My appointment started at 2:00 p.m. She stayed until 7:00 completing all the paperwork and making sure I felt comfortable driving the car off the lot. She worked overtime, and did it all with grace. She is a gem! It is rare to be treated with so much care and concern by a person in a service industry. She deserves a promotion just on the way she treated me. She gave me her card and told me to call with any concerns even though it would be her day off.
